The Twin Peaks: SOLD

The Twin Peaks

The two distinctive hillocks of Wittenham Clumps sit neatly on the horizon as the parish of Upton Village stretches out below. Autumn is here and the leaves on the trees are turning from green to golden yellow and deep red. Wittenham Clumps is as much a landmark as Didcot Power Station for many people in the South of Oxfordshire. Throughout his career as an artist, Paul Nash (1889-1946) also had a special affinity for the wooded. To find out more about this artists unique connection with the landscape visit: www.nashclumps.org
